Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Savannah Chocolates Limited. As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing inventory management, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating the store team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that our store meets sales targets and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Implement and monitor retail loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
• Communicate effectively with the team and upper management to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a retail store, preferably in the food or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail loss prevention.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Compensation:

The role offers a competitive salary of UGX 1,400,000 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
