Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by taking and processing orders accurately
- Prepare food and beverages in line with KFC quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, kitchen, and service areas
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stock handling
- Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when required
- Meet service speed, quality, and performance standards as guided by supervisors
