Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Vlite Shop POS solution to SMEs.
• Identify new market opportunities, segments, and target customers.
• Plan and execute campaigns (digital, events, demos, etc.) to generate leads and boost sales.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and customer training.
• Manage online presence including social media, SEO, and paid ads to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adjust marketing approaches.
• Prepare regular performance reports, including campaign effectiveness and sales conversion. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the tech or retail sector. -
• Knowledge of POS systems or business software is an added advantage. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented. 
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
