Main Job Functions: ÂTo manage and create value from existing platform services and initiatives; currently these include mobile advertising media, ayoba, MTN Pulse Radio and MADAPI.Â To Manage the Mobile advertising media category to growth and profitability. To proactively identify AND innovate new opportunities to generate adoption and revenue from digital platforms. To innovate and execute appropriate pricing and revenue models to monetize the platforms for both B2C and B2B. To lead and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market plans and initiative and timely execution thereof. To proactively monitor and track performance of Platforms and implement timely interventions accordingly. To prepare appropriate portfolio reports for stakeholders both internal and external.Â To identify and manage appropriate 3rd party partnerships and collaborations to drive growth and value from platforms.Â To manage relationships and collaboration efforts with Platform partners including MTN group Digital. To lead, supervise and develop direct reports as well as partner staff attached to the digital team. To ensure compliance in delivery of services as it relates to regulatory policies, Treat customer fairly (TCF) policies, Contract obligations, and any other policies and standards that may arise. To support and participate in digital product & service ideation, design and as well user acceptance testing during delivery thereof. To contribute and provide insights to support platform business cases and annual business planning.Â Guiding, supporting and working with the internal stakeholders in the organisation especially in Marketing, IT, EBU, CEX and Legal departmentsÂ Work in close collaboration with Platform partners, MTN GTM agencies and MTN Group â Digital Proactively ensure compliance with Regulatory, Group and OPCO standards and policies.

The role involves handling critical information about customers, and about initiatives that will give MTN competitive lead. Therefore, Information is confidential and not to be shared with just anyone even with in MTN or in Marketing. Before information is shared, clarity must be sought from section head. It is important to securely keep details from being picked up by random people and it is expected that information regarding customers and online initiatives is kept safe from espionage
Education:A minimum of a bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Development or a related field from an accredited University AND MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: ÂAtleast 3 years of working experience in a similar or related role Demonstrate passion for tech &mobile content, as well as creative capability to drive digital servicesÂ Knowledge of local and global trends in digital content consumption especially Music, Gaming and Video Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across with multiple partners. Tech Savvy
