Loan Officer
Job summary
The Loan Officer will be responsible for sourcing clients, analyzing loan applications, recommending suitable loans for disbursement, and ensuring timely repayment of loans issued to both individual and group clients.

- Identify and recruit potential clients for loan products
- Assess and analyze loan applications
- Recommend eligible loan applications for approval and disbursement
- Monitor client repayment schedules and ensure timely loan recovery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community groups
- Conduct field visits and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client and loan records
- Promote the company’s financial products and services within assigned areas
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field
- At least 2 principal passes at A’ Level and credits in Mathematics and English at O’ Level
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a related field is an added advantage
- Knowledge of microfinance and group lending dynamics is an added advantage
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a valid riding permit is a MUST
- Applicants should be between 25-30 years of age
- Women are encouraged to apply
