Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or Finance specialization) is preferred for senior roles.
  • 15+Proven experience in construction project financial management and Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. 


Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and risk management in construction finance.
  • Proficiency in financial software like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Procore
  • Knowledge of construction cost estimation tools such as CostX or RSMeans.


Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Vendor Management – Securing favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Problem-Solving – Addressing financial challenges and finding cost-effective solutions.
  • Leadership & Team Coordination – Managing finance teams and collaborating with project managers.
  • Communication & Reporting – Presenting financial insights to executives and stakeholders.
  • Decision-Making Under Pressure – Handling financial uncertainties and making strategic choices.


Reporting Structure:

The operation manager will report directly to the General manager and collaborate closely with site and office engineers, architects, operator and other members of the company’s team.
