Field Sales Executives

VEYNDII CREDIT LTD is a leading motorcycle financing company committed to helping Ugandans own TVS motorcycles through flexible and affordable financing solutions. We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused Field Agents to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, promoting our motorcycle financing products, generating quality leads, and supporting customers throughout the application process. You will spend most of your time in the field engaging boda boda riders, visiting boda stages, businesses, and communities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new customers for motorcycle financing.
• Visit boda boda stages, markets, trading centres, and businesses to generate leads.
• Educate customers on financing options, requirements, and repayment plans.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting the required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with boda boda associations, stage chairpersons, local leaders, and community partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers until applications are completed.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and submit daily activity reports.
• Represent VEYNDII CREDIT LTD professionally at all times.
• Participate in marketing activations, roadshows, and community outreach campaigns as assigned.

Requirements

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or higher qualification.
• Previous experience in field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the boda boda industry is an added advantage.
• Must know how to ride a motorcycle confidently.
• Must possess a valid riding permit.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
