Job summary
Proactively source and engage clients to drive sales, manage collections via field visits, verify KYC data, maintain strong customer relationships, and timely escalate client feedback to supervisors
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and engage new clients: proactively look for and approach potential customers to promote and sell the company's products and services
- Conduct field visits for collections: visit clients in the field to collect payments in line with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain customer relationships: ensure excellent customer service by maintaining strong professional relationships and following up on customer inquiries and needs
- Collect and verify client information: gather all necessary customer details while strictly following the company's know your customer(KYC) guidelines
- Provide customer feedback: share any client feedback, concerns, or complaints with your supervisor in a timely and accurate manner
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Honest, self-driven, and willing to learn
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Proficiency in the local languages commonly spoken within the central region of Kampala
