Job Summary

Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to introduce, promote, and sell company products, meeting daily and monthly sales targets. Respond to incoming calls, answer inquiries clearly, and guide customers through the ordering process while maintaining an up-to-date client database. Track interactions and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Record all sales interactions and feedback accurately for reporting and analysis. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders and delivery of promotional campaigns. Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback for product or service improvements.

Location: Kampala


Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce, promote, and sell company products in line with daily and monthly sales targets.

• Respond to incoming calls, answer customer inquiries clearly and accurately, and guide customers through the ordering process.

• Maintain an up-to-date client database, track interactions, and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

• Record all sales interactions and feedback accurately in the call center system for reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with the sales, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders and delivery of promotional campaigns.

• Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the team for product or service improvement.


Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in a business-related course.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, or call center environment.

• Fluency in English and Luganda is essential, with excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with using social media platforms for customer engagement.
