Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end customer acquisition activities, including sourcing, onboarding, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective market outreach and acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities aimed at increasing client acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor performance against set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer acquisition, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform effectively in a dynamic work environment.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary: UGX 200,000
  • Commission of UGX 2,000 for every new client who makes a qualified deposit of UGX 3,000 or more.
  • Transport, airtime, and data reimbursement.


Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

  • Target of 50 new clients with qualified deposits of UGX 3,000 or more per month.
  • Where performance is below the required KPI target, salary payment will be calculated proportionately based on performance achieved.
