Job Description/Requirements
Key deliverables
1. Process payments for both local and foreign suppliers, in compliance with KPI’s contractual obligation
2. Check Goods Received Note (GRN) against the Purchase Order (PO), supplier’s delivery note and invoice for correct supply and completeness before posting SAP invoice and processing payments
3. Verifying accuracy of payments and proper recording in accordance with supplier account, amount & period.
4. Process applications for Letters of credit (LC) and update the LC tracker on performance.
5. Ensure accruals, provisions and prepayments adjustments have been concluded by the 2nd day of the following month.
6. Prepare schedules and submit them for review by 3rd of the following month.
7. Support audits by addressing queries related to the section and implementing corrective action where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business related Degree and at least CPA/ACCA Level 2 or Full CPA/ACCA qualification.
- No prior work experience needed.
- Must have graduated in the last 2 years.
