Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the overall warehouse operations and planning.
2. Responsible for the establishment, training, performance management, and talent development of the warehouse team.
3. Manage inventory and ensure the consistency between physical stock and system records.
4. Develop and continuously optimize warehouse processes.
5. Ensure safety, compliance, and asset management within the warehouse operations.
6. Ensure the achievement of team performance targets.
7. Handle emergency situations and resolve operational anomalies within the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with at least 4 years
2. warehouse management experience; majors in Logistics Management, Supply
3. Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Mathematics,
4. Statistics, or related fields are preferred.
5. Proficient in WMS/ERP systems, with extensive experience in
6. inventory management, establishing and optimizing inventory systems,
7. process optimization, and team management.
8. Possess strong capabilities in overall planning, risk assessment,
9. problem-solving, and cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
10. Highly responsible and principled, meticulous and rigorous in work,
11. skilled in communication and coordination, and strong in execution.
