Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Recovery:
- Develop and implement strategies for recovering assets in cases of default or theft.
- Coordinate and collaborate with local authorities, including law enforcement and Local Councils (LCs), for asset recovery.
- Execute recovery operations efficiently and safely, ensuring minimal risk.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns and explain the recovery process.
- Work with delinquent customers to resolve payment issues, aiming to avoid recovery procedures.
- Provide guidance to customers on how to prevent future asset recovery situations.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all assets and recovery efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery operations and outcomes.
- Document all recovery actions and customer interactions accurately.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance and customer service departments to identify and address potential recovery cases.
- Collaborate with external partners, including law enforcement and recovery agencies, to ensure efficient asset retrieval.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain high standards of data security and customer privacy.
