The Wine To Water (WTW) WASH Program Director in Uganda will lead with the intent to develop Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives that align with the WTW mission. The goal is to lead the WTW Uganda team building culture and program excellence within an iNGO that is financially and operationally sound.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
- Develop annual WASH strategies and programs in alignment with the WTW mission that lead to programmatic and operational growth.
- Hire, lead and develop WASH and operational staff within Uganda to build an empowering culture and unified team.
- Ensure financial accountability and transparency in alignment with WTW US standards.
- Cultivate and be responsible for WTW’s relationships with key partners and stakeholders in Uganda - including governmental, NGO, funding, and corporate partners
- Develop new initiatives and Uganda program expansion that add value to the WTW mission and global impact.
- Location: Kasese or Fort Poral is preferred
