Job summary
Global Pathways Logistics Hub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the Procurement and Logistics Department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, logistics coordination, and travel documentation processes, including visa and passport support services. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in logistics, supply chain management, international travel services, or business operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist in preparing procurement requests, purchase orders, and supplier documentation
- Support supplier sourcing, quotations collection, and comparative analysis
- Help track deliveries, logistics schedules, and inventory records
- Maintain procurement and logistics filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in compiling and reviewing visa and passport application documents
- Support clients with document checklists and application requirements
- Track application timelines and follow up with relevant offices
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of client documentation
- Support data entry and record-keeping for procurement, logistics, and documentation services
- Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Procurement and Logistics
- Student or recent graduate in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields
- Basic understanding of procurement and logistics processes (added advantage)
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
