Job summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth primarily within the domestic logistics market, while supporting selected international sales activities. The role focuses on acquiring new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall commercial objectives through structured and consistent sales performance.

- Develop and implement a domestic sales plan aligned with company strategy.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with relevant units.
- Monitor market activity and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and support selected international freight opportunities (air, sea, or road).
- Maintain relationships with international partners and agents where required.
- Work with relevant personnel to prepare and submit bids for tenders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications or post-graduate qualifications are an added advantage
- Minimum of six years’ experience in a Sales role
- Proven experience in logistics, freight, or transport sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic transport services.
- Basic understanding of international freight operations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
