Job Requirements
- Long-term stable full-time availability, proactive and self-motivated, strong execution with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (oral, reading, and writing); proficiency in Chinese and Luganda is a plus.
- Familiar with TikTok account registration, nurturing, video editing, and live streaming; knowledgeable about platform rules in Uganda; candidates with personally operated TikTok accounts are preferred.
- Basic computer operation skills, Excel proficiency, and skilled use of WhatsApp. Hard Requirement: Must have experience in leading and managing a team.
