Platinum Credit Uganda is hiring dynamic Sales Team Leaders – Logbook Finance Product to join our team. If you are a target-driven leader with experience in credit sales and a proven record of managing teams, this is your next big career opportunity!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of Logbook Sales Agents to meet and exceed monthly lending targets.
• Actively seek out and source potential logbook loan clients through market mapping and territory expansion.
• Conduct thorough client appraisals to verify car logbooks, vehicle conditions, and borrower eligibility.
• Guide clients smoothly through the documentation, verification, and loan onboarding process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and positive referrals.
• Monitor credit quality and loan performance to ensure minimal defaults within the team’s portfolio.
• Stay updated on local microfinance trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory updates in Uganda.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding daily field sales activities and agent pipelines to branch management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of proven sales experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or the asset-lending sector.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and plan activities for field-based sales agents.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, financial literacy, and time management skills.
