Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kawaala Central for Security Guards and Supervisors. Security Guards will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, monitoring entrances and exits, working alongside K9 units, reporting incidents, and ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and property. They will conduct routine checks, enforce site rules, respond to alarms or emergencies, and provide basic customer service support to visitors and clients. Supervisors will oversee guard teams, coordinate patrol schedules, ensure adherence to security procedures, prepare incident and shift reports, and liaise with management and clients regarding security operations. All personnel are expected to maintain professional demeanor, follow safety protocols, and collaborate effectively with K9 handlers and other team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security and Private Security to perform patrols, access control, and incident response effectively.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Personnel Security practices to support safe conduct, identification checks, and compliance with company policies.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is beneficial, especially in roles involving K9 or patrol duties.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with good physical fitness and awareness of safety procedures.
• Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow instructions and respond calmly under pressure.
• For Supervisors: prior leadership experience, shift management, and incident reporting responsibilities are highly desirable.
• Basic education, reliable punctuality, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
