The successful candidate will ensure proper stock control and accurate record-keeping at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods.
- Store items properly and maintain a clean and orderly store.
- Issue materials as per approved requests.
- Keep accurate stock records and update inventory regularly.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or damages.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of all stored items.
- Prepare simple stock and inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Good record-keeping and basic computer skills.
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
