Role/Duties
- Manages daily procurement tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods/services.
- Ensures proper documentation and adherence to procurement procedures.
- Supports coordination with vendors and internal requestors.
Responsibilities
- Pepare purchase requests and collect vendor quotations.
- Verify goods received match purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement files and records for all transactions.
- Track orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Support supplier vetting and contract preparations.
- Assist in price analysis and ensuring value for money.
- Report procurement issues or delays to the Coordinator.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
- Coordinate with Admin and Finance for payment processing.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Coordinator.
