GOODMAN INTERNATIONAL LTD, a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Kampala, Uganda, dealing in Importation and Distribution of Human and Veterinary Medicines, Surgical products &  Nutrition Formulas.
The company is looking for Honest & Trustworthy, Smart, and Qualified Candidates to join our Company based at the Kampala office and occupy the following positions;


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recording items issued in the bin cards for both bulk and retail.
  • Daily update of all store books and documents.
  • Filling invoices and all other documents daily in the stores department, as assigned to you by your line manager.
  • Receiving consignment from suppliers and Dispatch of goods to customers.
  • Conduct regular stock take to confirm closing stock daily.
  • Daily monitoring and recording of the temperature readings in bulk and retail stores.
  • Ensure stores are always clean, organized, and in order.
  • Strictly follow ISO guidelines regarding stores.
  • Carrying out weekly and monthly stock take for both bulk and retail stores.


Requirements;
  • Should possess a Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management or any other related Field from a recognized Institution
  • Must have a minimum of TWO YEARS of WORKING EXPERIENCE in store management.
  • Should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Should be computer-literate with good command of Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication, documentation, & Customer care skills.
  • Should be Smart, punctual, a good team player, and ready to learn.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should preferably be below 30 Years.
  • The candidate should be familiar with Stores keeping operation, for example, reports, invoicing, and stock taking.
