Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.

• Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Conduct cost analysis for construction projects, ensuring profitability.

• Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory filings.

• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.

• Collaborate with project managers to track job costing and expense allocation.

• Assist in audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.



Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• 10+ years of Proven experience in construction project financial management and accounting and Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.


Technical Skills:

• Expertise in ERP systems, financial software, and Excel.

• Experience in job costing, project accounting, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.

• Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Conduct cost analysis for construction projects, ensuring profitability.


Additional Skills:

• Ensure tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory filings.

• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.

• Collaborate with project managers to track job costing and expense allocation.

• Assist in audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.

• Implement financial risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses


Reporting Structure:

The operation manager will report directly to the Finance manager and collaborate closely with site and office engineers, architects, operators and other members of the company’s team.
