Job Type: Full-time contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the premises are secure and free from safety hazards or suspicious activity.
• Access Control: Ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry to the building or premises by checking identification, issuing visitor passes, and verifying credentials.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergency situations. Provide assistance to law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any unusual activities, incidents, or security breaches. Complete detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Visitor Assistance: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate areas, ensuring that they are logged in and their presence is accounted for.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance in monitoring security systems and surroundings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, staff, and law enforcement.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods.
