Job Summary:
We are hiring professional, vigilant Security Personnel (2 men and 1 woman) to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at our hotel. The ideal candidates will be alert, responsible, and able to respond swiftly and appropriately to any incidents that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
• Control access to the hotel and ensure only authorised individuals enter.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Assist in enforcing hotel rules and regulations.
• Inspect and secure entrances, exits, and doors at scheduled intervals.
• Maintain daily incident logs and security reports.
• Assist guests and staff when necessary.
• Collaborate with the front desk and management in handling guest security issues.
• Report suspicious activity or safety hazards immediately.
Requirements:
• Must be physically fit and alert at all times.
• Prior experience in hotel or corporate security is preferred.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Must be trustworthy, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Female applicants (for the female position) must be comfortable working in a mixed- gender team.
• Ability to handle security equipment (radios, CCTV systems, etc.).
The suitable candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 27 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: Ugs. 200,000
• Weekly Allowance: Ugs. 25,000
