Job Summary

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be expected to learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures in the respective departments. You will also focus on learning how our organisation runs.

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree completed from a recognised university, relevant to the department being applied to.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sympathetic, empathetic, supportive and professional approach to staff and clients
- Possess physical stamina
- Able to prioritise and learn independently
- Attention to detail
- Team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on new challenges
- Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor
- Performing clerical duties

- Learning technical skills related to the industry/field of study
- Generating a weekly/ monthly report of lessons learned and achievements.
