Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Veterinary Doctor to join our poultry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our poultry flocks, implementing disease control measures, and providing expert advice on animal health and welfare.

Job descriptions & requirements

1. Provide poultry farming guidance to clients, including flock health management, vaccination programs, and farm management practices.
2. Offer technical support on feed usage, ensuring customers understand feed formulas, nutrition requirements, and correct feeding methods.

3. Diagnose and analyze client flock health issues, offering professional disease prevention and control solutions.
4. Conduct regular farm visits, evaluate flock performance, collect feedback, and propose improvements.
5. Support the sales team with pre-sales technical explanations, including feed benefits, nutrition programs, and expected performance.

6. Handle after-sales service, including customer complaints, technical troubleshooting, and follow-up solutions.
7. Organize technical training sessions for customers and distributors covering poultry health, disease control, and feeding management.

8. Conduct field research on common diseases and feeding challenges, and provide feedback to the R&D and production teams.
9.Maintain accurate service records and follow up on customer performance, preparing technical service reports.
10. Assist in product improvement and technical validation, participating in new product trials and performance evaluations.

11. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with farm staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal flock health.

 Provide regular updates on flock health status and disease trends.

Communicate effectively with farm staff, management, and external stakeholders.
