Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kampala, open to applicants residing in Lweero Town or nearby areas. The Salesperson will identify potential clients, present the agency’s follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. Daily tasks include visiting clients, making sales calls, preparing basic proposals, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and meeting agreed sales targets. The role involves building long-term client relationships, gathering feedback to improve services, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects. The Salesperson is expected to represent the agency professionally in all interactions and actively contribute to local market growth.
Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Basic sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and handling client inquiries professionally.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan daily activities, keep accurate records, and meet targets.
• Comfort working in the field, visiting clients, and engaging with different types of businesses in Kampala and nearby areas.
• Minimum of a high school certificate; additional training in sales, marketing, or business is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Kampala and Lweero Town is beneficial.
