Company background 

Kabex Motors Limited was established in 2018 and fully incorporated in 2020. We are Beforward Japanese certified local agents and are also associated with other car dealers globally.  

We import Japanese new and used cars with excellent customer service to our esteemed clients all over East  Africa. We also offer other services such as payments, registration, import consultation, clearing and forwarding, and warehousing.  

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Job specification 

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.  
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport. 
  • Understanding of the car sales business. 
  • Staying abreast with the changing trends in the car industry. 
  • Make sales 


  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments prospective customers. 
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. 
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and  potential for new products and services. 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. 
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Education and experience. 

  • A bachelor’s degree from any recognized university is highly required. 
  • No sales experience, but a proven sales background will be an added advantage.
