Job Summary

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation. Their primary focus is to expand the company's customer base, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services in the Technology Service industry.

Job Description/Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

1: Sales Management.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and align with company objectives.

• Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to the sales team to drive performance and meet revenue goals.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base and foster long-term client relationships.


2: Marketing strategy and Execution.

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's services, brand and value proposition effectively.

• Create compelling marketing campaigns, content and materials that effectively engage our target audience and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer need to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.


3: Administration.

• Manage strategic partnerships and business opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth areas and target markets.

• Cultivate strong client relationships, address inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Analyse sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and prepare regular reports for management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee budget management for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Job-Related Experience and Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing,

• Proven ability to successfully manage sales and marketing teams in a similar industry and generate increased sales revenue.

• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.

• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices in the transport and logistics industry.

• Budgeting and financial planning experience.

• Strong understanding of regional and international markets.

• Additional Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving and innovative skills; ability to see opportunities and translate them into sales.

• Relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

• Coaching skills that enable subordinates to grow and succeed through feedback, instruction and encouragement.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to successfully work as a team member
