Sales Executive
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Market and sell company properties including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct property site visits, presentations, and client consultations.
- Prepare and negotiate sales agreements in line with company policy.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up on prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Advise clients on property pricing, payment plans, mortgage options, and investment potential.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in Uganda’s real estate market.
- Participate in property exhibitions, activations, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in real estate sales or related property sales in Uganda.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Uganda’s property market, land documentation processes, and basic property law is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
