Job Description/Requirements

  • Actively look for business from new customers to meet monthly sales revenue
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, other social mediums, and meet in person via field visits
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Educate leads on product/service and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with an Account Executive, Sales Director, or the sales team
  • Diligently update Hubspot CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups;
  • Research target companies
  • Learn our offering inside and out and give demos on the best products/service for good fit potential customers
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
  • Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing in the technology world
  • Producing daily reports to the immediate supervisor
  • Work with  dedicated Account Executives (AE) to identify ongoing strategic targets;
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE


QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS

Essential

  •  BSc or BA in Business/BCOM, Sales & Marketing, or Information Technology
  •  At least 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing
  • 2 years valid driving permit for both motorcycles and motor vehicles is a MUST
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to travel in the field over long-distance
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role


Desirable

  •  Interest in ICT systems and innovations
