Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Plan and organize manpower to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Control raw material usage and minimize production waste.
• Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Implement and maintain 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Train, motivate, and supervise production staff.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate production performance to management.
• Identify production problems and implement effective corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in bakery, bread, instant noodles, or other FMCG production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications is an advantage.
