- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain confidential records and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
