About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Operations Trainer to support the growth of our franchise business in Kenya. This role is essential in training franchise partners and their teams to ensure smooth operations, consistent service, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs for new franchisees and their staff on store operations, customer service, and brand SOPs
- Assist with new store openings, providing on-site operational training and support
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching to improve operational standards
- Collaborate with the operations team to enhance training materials and ensure up-to-date SOPs
- Conduct regular follow-ups and refresher trainings to ensure consistency across all outlets
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, F&B operations, or training roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to travel within Kenya to support franchise locations
- Knowledge of franchise operations is an added advantage
