Job Description Position: National Content Manager cum HR OfficerResponsibilities:• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the client and company’s goals and objectives• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all content is in line with the client’s and PAU’s requirements• Fill and Submit Monthly & Quarterly national content reports, and monthly employment log to the client with correct information on time Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company’s content remains relevant and engaging• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures• Manage recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations• Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs• Maintain accurate employee attendance records and make the payroll for employeesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in National Content Management and HR• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
