Job Summary
To support the growth and visibility of Kray Microfinance by executing marketing, branding, and communication initiatives that attract new customers, strengthen the Kray brand, and drive uptake of Kray’s products — Loans, Savings, and Investments. The role ensures consistent brand presentation across branches, digital platforms, and events.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Execution & Coordination
• Implement marketing and communication
plans in line with Kray’s business strategy.
• Coordinate branch-level marketing and promotional activities to drive product
awareness and customer sign-ups.
• Maintain a marketing activity calendar and ensure all events, activations,
and campaigns are executed on time.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and Product Leads to ensure visibility and
uptake of Kray’s products across all locations.
• Prepare simple business cases and proposals for marketing partnerships,
events, and sponsorships for management review.
2. Brand Management
• Maintain Kray’s brand identity and
ensure consistency in logos, colors, signage, and messaging across all
platforms.
• Conduct periodic brand audits of Kray branches, social media pages, and
marketing materials, recommending improvements.
• Support the implementation of brand guidelines across branches, staff
materials, and digital communication.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, visuals, and storytelling that
strengthen Kray’s image of “Today, Tomorrow, Together.”
3. Digital Marketing &
Communications
• Manage Kray’s social media pages —
plan content, post updates, engage followers, and track performance.
• Support online campaigns for Kray products such as Kabox Kusimu, 120 Days
Challenge, Premier Investment
• Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries across digital platforms promptly
and professionally.
• Develop digital content (graphics, posts, videos) that communicates Kray’s
offers and builds engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and digital behavior to inform Kray’s online
strategy.
4. Event, Promotion & Sponsorship
Support
• Coordinate branding, booth setup, and
promotional materials for corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Ensure Kray has visible, professional branding at all sponsored or partnered
events.
• Track performance metrics for events such as new customer leads, conversions,
and partner engagement.
• Prepare post-event reports and visual recaps for management and partners.
5. Internal Collaboration &
Reporting
• Collaborate with Relationship officers, Branch
Managers, and Product Leads to align marketing activities with sales targets.
• Share updates on campaigns, product promotions, and social media performance
with management.
• Maintain marketing records, photos, reports, and performance dashboards for
reference.
• Support internal brand culture through staff communications, posters, and
updates.
6. Budget & Compliance Support
• Monitor marketing
expenses and ensuring activities stay within approved budgets.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for printing, branding, and media
placements while ensuring value for money.
• Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to Kray’s brand
standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or communications
(preferably in microfinance, banking, or fintech).
• Strong social media management, content creation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or
similar).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and creative writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced
environment.
