Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the hospital's computer network and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, TVs, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Install and update operating systems, software, and antivirus programs.
- Configure user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all IT equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other digital systems.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with hospital IT policies.
- Liaise with external service providers for repairs and maintenance when required.
- Document IT support requests and maintenance activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
