We manage and support IT infrastructure for both internal operations and external clients, covering a mix of on-premises and cloud-based environments. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Assistant to support and optimize our infrastructure landscape—including systems that integrate with SAP Business One (SAP B1), a key solution used by many of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support the management of internal and client IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based environments.

● Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls).

● Install, support, and manage physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux environments).

● Monitor system performance, availability, and security for multiple infrastructure platforms.

● Assist with cloud environment management (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hetzner).

● Implement and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

● Participate in infrastructure planning and deployment for new client projects and internal upgrades.

● Assist in setting up and maintaining infrastructure that supports a wide range of ERP Systems deployments for clients.

● Provide timely technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.

● Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and support processes to ensure accurate and reliable information.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in networking and server management.

● Strong understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Firewalls.

● Proficiency in managing Linux & Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Hetzner) is highly desirable.

● Experience in systems monitoring and troubleshooting in both on-prem and cloud contexts.

● Exposure to or experience supporting infrastructure for SAP Business One (SAP B1), Business Essentials, Odoo, ERPNext environments is a strong advantage.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.

● Excellent communication and documentation skills.

● Bonus: Experience with automation/scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash) and database systems (e.g., SQL Server).
