Reports to: Hospitality & Facilities Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise accommodation, room preparation and guest facilities.
• Oversee housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and sanitation standards.
• Support catering and food service operations.
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate room bookings, allocations and occupancy.
• Monitor hospitality supplies, inventories, budgets and expenditure.
• Supervise housekeeping, cleaning and catering support staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, welcoming and peaceful environment for local and international guests.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Catering, Institutional Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality, accommodation, housekeeping or guest services supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning, laundry, food safety and basic facility management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic booking/property management systems.
• Strong planning, organization, communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
