- Receive and guide patients, visitors, and attendants while ensuring excellent customer care at the hospital front desk.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and front office records using hospital systems.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Recent university graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of the Kiswahili language will be an added advantage.
