Are you a strong leader with experience in debt collection and performance management? We are for a results-driven professional to lead our Field Collections team within the Customer Experience department.
In this role, you will oversee field operations, support and mentor agents, drive performance standards, and ensure adherence to collection policies and company systems. If you have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a background in Business Administration or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related Field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- At least four years of relevant experience.
- Ability to Adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English
- Good leadership skills
- Loyalty and integrity
