The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for welcoming clients, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing the company's social media accounts, performing general administrative and front desk duties, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and supporting company operations. The successful candidate must be a female aged 21–26 years, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, have basic computer knowledge and social media management skills, be smart, organized, trustworthy, and willing to travel within Uganda for official company activities whenever required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
