An Executive Assistant (EA) acts as a high-level strategic partner to senior business leaders. Beyond traditional scheduling, EAs optimize an executive's time by managing complex calendars, screening communications, overseeing budgets, and handling sensitive information. Frequently lead special projects and act as trusted advisors.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Strategic Calendar Management: Filtering distractions, aligning appointments with business priorities, and coordinating meetings across different time zones.
- Inbox & Communication Triage: Monitoring emails, drafting correspondence, and acting as the primary liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.
- Travel & Expense Management: Organizing complex domestic and international travel, securing visas, and managing corporate budgets and expense reconciliation.
- Project & Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, assembling presentation materials, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring action items are completed.
