Job Description STRATEGY DIVISIONJob Title: Data AnalystReports to: Business Intelligence Manager Role: To understand, analyse business goals/needs and prepare Business Intelligence Reports and dashboards for the organization.Grade/Rank: 3Key Result Areas:• Administer BI projects, prepare updates and implement all project phases to achieve project objectives.• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization• Analyze data, identify and prepare recommendations to the management team for business enhancement.• Delivering interactive presentations and generating reports for efficient data dissemination to a diverse audience.• Coordinate with Business managers to translate business requirements into coherent Business Intelligence (BI) reports.• Communicating insights to senior management and across the organization Implement new/improved data analysis methodologies in collaboration with the BI manager.• Manage all data from transactional and non-transactional sources.• Perform assessments on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategies for various reporting solutions.• Provide information access support to all business units through the BI platform and resolve any issues.• Validate data to the warehouse for data integrity, quality, and accuracy.
