Job summary

A Customer Service Assistant serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. Their core mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image across various communication channels

Job descriptions & requirements

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Offering product and service education to customers in an efficient & effective manner
  4. Managing customer queries promptly to avoid long waiting times and high drop rates
  5. Updating customer information in the required tools as per the standard operating procedures
  6. Offering sales team assistance to prospective customers
  7. Uphold company values in every interaction
  8. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s).
