Job Summary:
The Client Service Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent client experience from campaign initiation to completion, while also supporting revenue growth through upselling and identifying opportunities within existing client accounts. This role manages client communication, project tracking, reporting, and ensures all client requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition
● Bringing new clients on board and growing your client base.
● Participating in bids
2. Client Relationship Management
● New client acquisition
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Project Coordination & Delivery Support
● Coordinate project execution with internal teams
● Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling advertising proposals and media plans that align with client business objectives
● Ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications.
● Follow up on project status and keep clients updated.
4. Client Reporting
● Prepare and deliver project performance reports.
● Track project progress and provide regular updates.
● Document client feedback and ensure it is addressed.
5. Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution
● Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
● Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure resolution.
● Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Sales Support & Upselling
● Identify opportunities for additional projects, renewals, and upsells within existing accounts.
● Present new advertising solutions and packages to clients when appropriate.
● Support Sales team in preparing proposals and pricing discussions.
● Oversee the financial health of assigned client accounts, including tracking campaign budgets, ensuring timely invoicing, and monitoring payment status in coordination with the finance department.
● Help achieve revenue targets through excellent service and relationship management.
7. Administrative Support
● Maintain client files and documentation.
● Prepare client correspondence and meeting notes.
● Support client onboarding and contract management.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Experience:
● 2–4 years in client service, account management, or customer support.
Technical Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fundamental knowledge of Out of Home (OOH) and Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising technologies, capabilities, and key industry metrics.
● Excellent client handling and relationship building.
● Good organisational and time management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
● Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
