JOB DUTIES:
* Welcome and attend to customers promptly
* Take food and beverage orders accurately
* Serve meals and drinks professionally
* Maintain the cleanliness of tables and the dining area
* Provide menu guidance and answer customer inquiries
* Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen
* Process bills and handle customer payments
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certificate in Hospitality or any related field is an added advantage
* Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or café is preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Good personal hygiene and neat presentation
* Team player with a positive attitude
