Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services
- Conduct follow-up calls to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely updates and responses to client inquiries
- Organize and participate in client update meetings
- Assist in the planning and execution of client-facing events
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on client relations
- Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of and experience working with FMCGs
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in both English and Luganda is essential
- Warm, amiable, and professional demeanor with the ability to build and nurture relationships
