Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This role requires making cold calls, conducting follow-up calls, managing client accounts, organizing update meetings, and helping to plan events. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service, experience in sales, and knowledge of

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services
  • Conduct follow-up calls to maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely updates and responses to client inquiries
  • Organize and participate in client update meetings
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client-facing events
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on client relations
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of and experience working with FMCGs
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in both English and Luganda is essential
  • Warm, amiable, and professional demeanor with the ability to build and nurture relationships
