The Head of Campaign Operations will be responsible for Vacker’s DSP strategy, industry influence, client growth, and product communications. This role requires a unique combination of deep AdTech product expertise, industry trend awareness, executive thought leadership, and relationship management skills. The Head of Campaign Operations will be the face of Vacker’s DSP, ensuring product excellence, engaging in thought leadership, hosting industry webinars, speaking at conferences, and expanding the platform’s footprint across global markets.

The Head of Campaign Operations responsibilities include: 


Leadership & Strategic Growth 


● Own and execute the vision for programmatic advertising at Vacker, ensuring the DSP remains cutting-edge and competitive. 

● Lead and grow a team of programmatic traders, AdOps specialists, and data analysts, ensuring best-in-class campaign execution. 

● Define the strategic roadmap for the DSP, focusing on product innovation, AI-driven optimization, and performance efficiency. 

● Drive programmatic revenue growth, increasing adoption among agencies, brands, and enterprise clients. 


Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise 


● Maintain deep expertise in Vacker’s DSP technology, ensuring continuous product innovation and alignment with industry trends. 

● Stay ahead of emerging AdTech trends such as CTV, DOOH, privacy-first advertising, AI-driven optimization, and contextual targeting. 

● Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to enhance the DSP’s features, automation, and AI-driven capabilities. 

● Provide feedback on UI/UX, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and programmatic workflows to improve the product. 

● Educate internal teams and clients on Vacker DSP’s capabilities and how they compare to global competitors. 

Client & Industry Relationship Management 

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with top brands, agencies, and media buyers, positioning Vacker as their preferred DSP partner. 

● Offer strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate the programmatic ecosystem, maximize campaign performance, and leverage Vacker’s platform effectively. 

● Head and support sales and account management teams by educating clients on the value proposition of Vacker DSP. 

Campaign Performance Optimization 

● Oversee real-time campaign execution, AI-driven optimizations, and bid strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and ad spend utilization. 

● Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation strategies, and dynamic creative optimizations. 

● Collaborate with data science teams to leverage machine learning and predictive analytics for campaign improvements. 

● Ensure fraud prevention, brand safety, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy-first advertising standards. 


Thought Leadership, Webinars, & Public Speaking 


● Act as the face of Vacker DSP in industry events, conferences, and webinars. 

● Host and participate in panel discussions, workshops, and keynote presentations across key markets.

● Lead product communications initiatives, ensuring Vacker is seen as a thought leader in programmatic advertising. 

● Develop thought leadership content, including white-papers, LinkedIn articles, and industry reports.

● Conduct internal and external training sessions to keep stakeholders updated on programmatic trends and Vacker’s evolving capabilities. 

Global Market Representation & Expansion 

● Represent Vacker at industry-leading global and regional events, including AdTech conferences, programmatic summits, and digital marketing forums. 

● Drive brand visibility and market positioning by establishing Vacker as a key player in emerging and established markets. 

● Collaborate with regional teams to understand market-specific challenges and ensure the DSP is tailored to diverse advertising needs.


Programmatic Campaign & Business Optimization 

● Oversee real-time bidding (RTB) performance, AI-driven optimizations, and campaign strategies.

● Implement best practices for private marketplaces (PMPs), programmatic guaranteed, and auction-based buying. 

● Ensure brand safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging privacy regulations. 

● Track and report DSP performance metrics, optimizing auction dynamics, inventory access, and targeting efficiencies.


Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience


Qualifications and Certifications:

● 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or digital media buying.

● Strong background in DSP technology, AI-driven optimization, and real-time bidding (RTB).

● Excellent leadership skills, with experience in team management, client relationships, and strategic decision-making. 

● Proven public speaking experience, with a track record of participating in conferences, webinars, and industry events. 

● Exceptional product knowledge and ability to translate complex AdTech concepts into actionable insights. 

● Well-maintained executive presence on LinkedIn, with a history of publishing thought leadership content. 

● Deep understanding of global programmatic advertising trends, privacy regulations, and emerging AdTech solutions. 

● Strong business development acumen, with experience in scaling a DSP’s market presence.

● Ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with agencies, brands, and AdTech partners. 


Skills: 

● Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on results and accountability.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

● Expertise in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and campaign analytics.
